1. How can I get the samples?
If the sample value is less than USD5.00 and you have effective express account No. such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, you just advise us it and your detailed delivery address and phone number. We will use it to send the samples to you by freight collect.
If you don’t have any account No. and the Courier Company, you can remit the freight charge to us, and we will send the samples to you as soon as we received your payment for the freight or sample fee.
We will return one sample cost ( less than USD50) from your future mass order if product quantity is above 50 pcs
2. How about the shipment and freight?
We will handle with the shipment for you. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.
Please advice the product item number and quantity. We will check the freight for you.
3. About MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on different products. It is more flexible for the long-term customers
4. About Lead time
Sample order: 5-7 days. Mass order: 10-15 days.
Accurate lead time according to your order quantity, you can mail to ask us.
5. Payment
We usually accept Wire transfer ( T/T ) and Western Union or or MoneyGram in advance after order confirmation.
6. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or you can ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
Shipping information – company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information – model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder’s contact details ( in China or Hong Kong )
7.Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package ?
Yes. Logo, brand and company name can be printed on our products (Order quantity required). You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG,PDF,AI and TIFF format. We also need the Pantone number, Logo size for each color or the setting for the colors.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card. Please send us the artwork in PSD, Tif, AI, or EPS
You can either send us the artwork by email or an CD-Rom, or put on your Web page for downloading. We can’t start production if we don’t have enough and correct information for the artwork and color setting.
8. What’s the warranty of your products?
12 months, depending on the product. We accept free replacement for unqualified products. We may replace the unqualified products in the next shipment of your order after evidencing buyer’s requirement and unqualified products by photos you took or other way.
9. Returns
Once your products have been printed, no further modifications or additions can be made to the logo – please make sure that you examine and proofread all the samples before you approve. No returns or refunds are offered on customised merchandise.
All products carry warranty against manufacturing defects. In the event of a complaint, all relevant work must be returned to Iotech within 12 months with a written explanation of the reason for return. No responsibility for errors will be considered by Iotech unless a written order was originally supplied. Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
10. Do you accept OEM projects?
Yes, OEM projects are welcome.
11.Can I get your price list?
Yes, please let us know what products you are interested in quantities and exact requirement. We will send the price list by E-mail within 1 working day upon receipt of your inquiry.
We will put your contact method in list and update newest items and price in the following days.
12. Working Time: (Beijing time)
8: 00am to 12: 00am, 13: 30pm to 18: 30pm ( From Monday to Saturday)
